1. Applicability
This policy applies to any paid recruitment or consultancy service fees collected by Kaavi Recruitment.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Cancellation Before Service Start: Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and no work has been performed.

• Partial Work Completed: If services have started, no refund will be issued, but alternative service credits may be offered.

• No Show / Ineligibility: No refund if candidate fails to attend scheduled interviews or is found ineligible by client.

3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original mode of payment.
